Great Beginnings Preschool is a place for preschool age children and their families to see faith, hope, and love translated into an exciting experience of discovery and learning. It is a place where each child is treated as a unique, special, and loved person because all children are made in the image of the Creator.
Because this is a Christian preschool, the socialization process and learning of physical and mental skills are fully integrated around the central belief that all of life and learning is good and comes as a gift from a loving God. Teachers and staff model this belief in the way they live, instruct, and relate to the children and their families.
The best foundation for life is built by a strong partnership between the home, the school, and the church. This commitment to community is demonstrated by special events, cooperation, and open communication. Our goal is not just to nurture children, but to nurture and strengthen the family units from which they come. Our desire is that children from the Kennett Square area who complete this program will enjoy learning and will be better prepared to meet the opportunities and challenges that they will face.
